Yum Error : Missign dependency.

Hi all,

sorry if you've had this a million times but here it is.
When updating some packages using yum i get the following message :
Error: Missing Dependency: libhunspell.so.1 is needed by package 1:enchant-1.4.2-1.fc9.i386 (installed)
I checked and libhunspell.so.1 is in /usr/lib. I did rpm --rebuilddb but it did not change anything.
Thank you for the help.

yum error

You might want to consider updating to latest distro - FC9. With care to protect your personal stuff during the update.

Ok, If you are really running FC4(as your profile suggest) you cannot run an rpm for another version (in most instances). You need to run a version of the rpm but for the version of the OS that you are running.

IF you are running F9 we have a different problem. If this is the case it is usually from mixing repos (not a good idea). Please post back the results of: yum repolist
