yast warnings : /bin/sh missing

Every time i start the package manager of yast i get these warnings

acroread conflict
acroread requires /bin/sh

alsaplayer conflict
alsaplayer requires /bin/sh

ardour conflict
ardour requires /bin/sh

mozillafirefox conflict
mozillafirefox requires /bin/sh

...
and so on

All these programs seem to work fine and sh is present in the /bin/ directory,
unfortunately these warnings keep on coming up .

What are the permissions of /bin/sh (ls -l /bin/sh)? Is it just a link to /bin/bash?

$ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 2006-02-06 13:45 /bin/sh -> bash

sh points to bash

it's not just a link , its an executable
