yahoo buddylist vanished after using Kopete?
 

This is a strange one. I don't know much about these instant messengers, but assume the buddy list resides on yahoo server, not my pc. Anyway, brunt of the problem is, have used Gaim for some time with no problems. Decided to try Kopete simply because it was always included by default. I did not particularily like it, so decided to install Gaim. Now my buddy list shows on Kopete, but when I fire up Gaim, I am buddyless. Anybody know why, and how to fix, other than trying to contact lost buddies?

ok, found I could add them back manually without having to ask for authorization again. Weird, but fixed.
