xvcd bitrate calculator for Linux ?


Hi all
Hope this isnt OT here.
Can anyone recommend a mpeg (xvcd) bitrate calculator for Redhat Linux?
Ive found this cool avt to vcd tool here

And a bitrate calc is all I need now

you can use this one
on dvdrhelp.com
you need java installed, it also has a link to download the "offline" copy of it in html format ...
