xspim

So I compiled and installed spim and xspim (mips simulators), and spim seems to work fine, but when I try to run xspim it doesnt work. All that happens is:

Code:
desmond[~]$ xspim
*-courier-medium-r-normal--12-*-75-*desmond[~]$
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or better yet, what to do? This is on zenwalk 4.2 by the way.

ok, i had the same problem on my debian etch. I solved it installing the xfonts-75dpi and xfonts-100dpi packages. Don't know if it's the same on zenwalk, however you can try to find the keywords '75dpi' and '100dpi' on your package manager. If it doesn't work just try:

Code:
xspim -font 6x10
