Xserver remote control (like VNC on Windows?)

Hi there,

i am very new to linux, hope someone can help me on this question:
Imagine i have a Linux box A. Imagine i have another Linux box B connected on the same network. Box A runs a KDE session and some nice looking gui apps in it. How can i remote control the ALREADY RUNNING Xsesson from Box B over the network?

Any suggestions / insights very very welcome.
Thanx ,

Thomas

How about VNC on Linux? :)

Cheers,

Yes, i tried that, but i can only open a NEW Xsession via VNC, what i need to do is remote controlling an already RUNNING Xsession.

In other words, if i connect to my linux box i always get a new, empty desktop on a vncviewer. But i need to control the desktop with all the open applications.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanx,

Thomas

I'm curious if this is possible too.
