Xsane - as other than root


What is it that I need to change to run as normal user? Running sane-find-scanner as root fnds the scanner as both /dev/sga and /dev/sg0 but xsane (0.84) says it cannot find a scanner when run as a user.

Permissions

I had the same problem. I didn't give sg0 the right permissions.
