XOrg and multiple montior problems

Hello. I'm unsure if I should post this in the hardware or software section, so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong spot.

I recently got a second monitor for my desktop, and now I want use my dual-headed video card (nVidia FX 5200) to have two independent monitors. My problem is, I keep finding HowTo's on TwinView. Now I must configure XOrg to see both of them. I had TwinView working at one time, so I know that it will work.

To be honest, I'm not even sure where to start, anymore. I've read over quite a few explinations , but I'm still not sure.

Running "Xorg -scanpci" returns:
(1:0:0) unknown card (0x1554/0x1152) using a nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200]
and nothing more on the video card.

My xorg.conf file is in shambles, so I don't think it'd be even worth the time to post here.

Thanks for any help in advance.

There are many xorg.conf files here posted. I would search here for that. Also this one might help. It uses three monitors but should be able to not add the thrid one.

I would also start by restoring a good clean xorg.conf
