Xnview thumbnails problem

I'm having this trouble with xnview since like the second time I installed it (since then I download the same version from it's webpage and I have the same trouble).
As you can see in the picture, when I scroll up (with my mouse or the scrollbar) all the thumbnails distort a lot. It is very unpleasant to work like this.
I'm using Slackware 11, Fluxbox 1.0rc3 and Xnview 1.70.

If I can't get it to work I will have to use another software, any suggestion?
