No idea but there's also gnunet.It's about the same as freenet but you need a static IP or dyndns for it.
LAN - yeah,it's a nforce2 board and the only thing that works for a netinstall w/o downloading big iso's first is gentoo.
gift and giFT fasttrack worked pretty good the last time I checked (very limited number of files) but you should always compile from cvs and,and,and.
