Xmms to systray only

Hi, I ran into the following problem.

I installed Xmms and the xmms status plugin. Everything is working fine, except for this: I can't get xmms to ONLY appear in the systray. It stays in my taskbar as well. Is there a way to get it out of there?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is (don't take this as gospel) I've heard this question asked many times so I'm guessing it might take a windowmanager hack or summat. But hey I might be wrong
