XMMS stopped working?
All of a sudden XMMS dosnt open up files like it used to. I click on an MP3 and it opens up and sits there with nothing running then i choose an audio file from the xmms open dialog box and nothing, Xmms just sits and does nothing, I would expect this from windows but not linux,

Always the first question:
What did you change? :)
Possible reasons: someone else (another process)
has the sound card, and XMMS can't utilize it. Did
you enable system sounds? Is arts or esd running
and none of them are what XMMS is using?
Cheers,
Tink
