xmms playlist editor
certain songs in my playlist are displayed as just random letters.. however, when i right click > view file info, it reads the ID3 tags fine...
any ideas?

Hmm, maybe a skin problem? See if switching skins has any effect. Other than that, I dunno...

Yes, check that, as the skin tells it what font to use, etc...

Josh,
I am not certain but......
Try going into PREFERANCES (ctrl-p),
then click the options tag,
then bottom right you should see a setting:
"Read meta data from playlist"
Try checking that and click APPLY.
