xmms has no playlist!!
 

i'm trying out xmms and really appreciating it's similarities to winamp, though a 5.0 version would be nice but anyways....

so far so good, except that my playlist is eternally empty....nothing shows up inside though the player plays the files just fine

i'm running mandrake 9.2 and kde 3.1 and i have no clue!

I updated to the newest version1.2.10 and that took care of it!!

have you made a playlist? add your music files through the add button a'la winamp. then save that as a playlist. i maybe mistaken, but playlists saved in winamp are compatible with playlists created in xmms. they are both .m3u files, but the way they point to music files inside the playlist files are different.
