xmms - freedb doesn't recognize CD - can I enter manually?

I have a CD that freedb doesn't recognize, so when xmms loads the CD tracks, each one is named Track 1, Track 2, Track 3, etc.

Is there any way that I can manually input the track titles and have this info stored so that xmms reads my info whenever I play this CD?

I have checked the xmms website, but they are having problems with their server and the docs page is not available.
