xmms dont work!

Hi i have little problem. I cant play songs with xmms. It starts normally, but when i try to play it simply crashes, and then only "kill" helps Other players work fine. Problems started after kylix instaliation. I had to add line "export LC=en_us" in /etc/profile. After that step xmms didnt play any mp3. I've tried LC=POSIX, and delete this line. But this didnt help. Distribution slackware 9.1.

Open a console, and type xmms. See what errors you get.
