First off, hello LQ community. I am Dei_Miles, meaning "fighter for God", to clear things up.

Anydangway, I am not quite sure if this is the right place for this thread, but this _is_ a software issue, so here we go. I compiled and built Xmame for X, and it works fairly well. However, when I pass the fullscreen option like so: "$ xmame.x11 -fullscreen [rompath]" it remains in a small window. The key combo for this whilst running is Alt+Home, but when I do that, the window closes, and the message

"Error: Couldn't initialise Xv port -
Either all ports are in use, or the video card
doesn't provide a suitable format.
Segmentation fault"

appears in the shell terminal. I am not really sure how to go about solving this problem. If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. If it matters, I am using an ATI Radeon 9600SE video card.
