Question xine won't play any video

Hi,

i installed xine and it works perfect. At least until I want it to play some video file (mpeg, divx, wmv, whatever). I could hear the sound of the video but I only get a black box instead of the moving pictures. I think something might be wrong with Xv. However Im totally lost, there is no error message or such thing so i can't investigate the problem further. Also, xorg.0.log states that Xv was successfully loaded.

I use gentoo linux and compiled xine-lib with the following USE flags (if this helps someone):

alsa dvd ffmpeg nvidia opengl png vorbis win32codecs vcd a52

I also use nvidia-glx drivers, version 1.0.6629-r6

Can someone plz help me?

Cu
