Question XINE-ui won´t rebuild on gentoo during emerge world

Hello people!
I installed gentoo on my system a few months ago.
I´m using the following script to run updates:

PORTAGE_NICENESS=19 emerge sync
emerge -DNuvp --nospinner --nocolor world > /root/last_update_world.lst 2>&1
PORTAGE_NICENESS=19 emerge -DNu --nospinner --nocolor world

When portage reached xine-ui rebuild, after compiling several modules, he gave me the following error:

mrlbrowser.c:959: warning: implicit declaration of function `gui_handle_event'
../../../libtool: line 1321: skin.loT: Permission denied

!!! ERROR: media-video/xine-ui-0.99.4-r3 failed.
!!! Function src_compile, Line 75, Exitcode 2

Can an give me an advice what should I check?

Thanks!
