Hello again, I'm using SuSE 9.2, 64 Bit edition,
and I followed the a guide on how to install 64-Bit xine.
This install recently stopped working.
in the console, when I type "xine" I get xine-ui,
but the moment I try to play a file it exits.
Code:
ed@resnet-116425:~> xine
This is xine (X11 gui) - a free video player v0.99.2.
(c) 2000-2004 The xine Team.
WOW, string key gui.logo_mrl isn't registered
xiTK received SIGSEGV signal, RIP.
Aborted

When I try to run kaffeine:
Code:
ed@resnet-116425:~> kaffeine
Main: XInitThreads()
kaffeine: symbol lookup error: kaffeine: undefined symbol: _ZN11KMainWindow7setIconERK7QPixmap
ERROR: Communication problem with kaffeine, it probably crashed.

Which is also cool. What's funny is that amaroK is using the xine engine,
without any problems!
I went through and reinstalled every package (updated the the versions to the ones I had
in the guide in case I had changed them). Should I uninstall them and then
reinstall?
Any help would be much appreciated.
