xine in SuSE 8.2

- xine engine error - There is no plugin available to handle dvd:/
- xine engine error - There is no plugin available to handle dvb:/
This version of xine may lack certain features because of legal requirements (potential patent violations).
It looks like the plugins for xine are stored in /usr/lib/xine/plugins/1.0.0/*.so

What plugins do I need to make it work? Where can I download them?

I checked that URL and it's useless.
