xine-config missing

I installed xine from an rpm to FC1. It installed and plays whatever I ask it to. Searching through xine files I noticed that there is no xine-config . Is this a file that shoud be generated during install? Do I have to make one. Finally, everything works, why does xine need it?

Xine's config file is ~/.xine/config. This file stores all the stuff you configure when you right click go to settings and select options in xine.
