XINE blue screen!! help!

Ok, I've been choppin away at this dvd thing to no avail. I can get sound with XINE but no video. I am running Redhat 9.0 (shrike) on a Toshiba Tecra 8000 laptop; 256MB ram. The video works on the second instance of Xine though. I would love to place some output, but this site is not letting me for some reasone

This makes me think it's just a config problem and not video.
Thanks in advance for the help. I'm really confused!!!!

what version of xine-libs are you running? try running xine from the shell terminal and if the problem happens, copy the error messages from the terminal and paste it into your post.
