Xine and NFORCE 1.0-0292

Hello all,

Installed Xine and today (after installing the new NForce drivers), have found that when I play a DVD it plays the intro and then the menu but anything after that it won't play, just locks up Xine with a black screen.

I changed the modprobe.conf and edited out the nvsound module, rebooted and it played DVDs no problems, I installed Mplayer and got the nvsound module running again but it locks up as well but just with a black screen in the player and then comes up with a message "too many video packets in the buffer (4096 in 8244979).

I think this is related to the NForce driver rather than my video drver as it only happens when the nvsound module is not loaded, any help appreciated, I would prefer to stay with the drivers from Nvidia because of the better sound quality I get with them.

OS: Mandrake 10 running ALSA (if you need more info just ask).
