Xine and CSS


Hi, im haveing a problem playing DVD with Css encription

I am using Fedora Core 4, when i try to play a CSS encryipted DVD it says it is encrypted and i must install libdvdcss

the problem is libdvdcss is installed (i couldnt install xine from my rpm untill i had done)

i have tryed libdvdcss 1.2.8 and 1.2.9 both resulting in the same problem

all rpm's are x86_64 based (yes i do have a 64bit prossesser!!! )

what is going wrong?

If you do a ldconfig -v as root, is libdvdcss present in the list?

Doesn't matter, it was an oddball dvd, others work fine!

Strange though, if i ran xine in termanal, it showed libdvdcss working!
