Question ximian evolution and securID

Hi peeps,

I'm trying to authenticate against an IMAP server that issues a securID (RSA) key challenge in addition to my standard password using Ximian Evolution (XE)

I've done a little bit of digging but so far I have come to the following conclusions that I am hoping someone can clarify or show otherwise:

1) There is no securID plugin available for XE; and
2) There is a securID PAM module available, but XE does not use PAM.

I am also unable to determine if a securID plugin for XE is on the drawing board or hidden away in someones IDE just waiting to charge forth.

Am I right, wrong or simply smoking crack?

cheers peeps :-)
