Xiaopan browser? Issue with wifi

So this evening (in Latvia now is 21.09 14th December) and i tried to use xiaopan linux.. No success with internet at all.
First i there is no web browser... How can i install one? Chromium for best.
And i use androids usb tethering and no success. I usualy chose usb0 or usb1 internet and it's usualy running.. Or maybe it don't have drivers for wire internet because i use usb as lan cable... Difficult...
With browser thing i can get tar.gz file and get it in root of usb flash drive and whrn it boots it loads Chromium with it
Can i even get android tethering on xiaopan?
