XFree86 display driver on a Riva 128zx


I am trying to get xwindows to run on my Debian box and i cant find teh right driver for my riva 128zx video card. i have a copy of knoppix whos xwindows works great. Where do i look to see what driver it is using?

It depends whether Knoppix uses XFree86 or Xorg. The file will be called either /etc/X11/XF86Config or /etc/X11/xorg.conf

it is using xfree86. if the name of the dirver in the config file (or then again, a copy of it cuz i cant find a riva driver anywhere.)
