xfree86 and xorg


could i install both xfree86 and xorg on the kubuntu? if it true, what does active them that kubuntu recognize them?

xfree86 and xorg share a lot of code and put files in the same place on your system, so I don't think you can install one without overwriting files from the other which can cause you problems later.
