XFce Security/Permissions issue

I recently installed XFce and I I like it for the most part, but I have found that it does not seem to repect permissions, namely on programs. I go to start my admin program (YaST) as a regular user and it opens it up no problems as if I were logged in as Root. It doesn't ask for a root password, or warn me that I need to be logged in as root to run the program it just starts it right up. I am wondering how to change this because I would like to keep using XFce as my light GUI but if I can't get this resolved I will have to remove it from my system.

check your permissions on Yast and don't run xfce4 as root
