XFCE open location shortcut?

I primarily use 2 methods to start working on something. The first is Alt-F2 to launch a program, and the second is Ctl-L in Thunar to open a file. Is there a way to do get the "Open Location" dialog (or a functional equivalent) without actually opening Thunar?

Thanks,
Brian
