XFce and PTAL printers?
Okay, so I've finally gotten the HP OfficeJet K60 to work via USB with HPOJ-0.91 and ptal-init setup, and that's all fine and dandy. Now, anyone know if I can get to print using it through XFce4? I don't have any problems in KDE, but KDE lets me use CUPS as my printing manager, and I don't see that option with XFce4. So, when I go to add a new printer with XFce4's print manager, what would I have the System name be? And would the printer be a postscript printer or a line printer?
Edit:
Okay, sorry I wasted this post, I feel really stupid. Here are the answers to my questions that I asked before, in case anyone else comes across this thread:
Line printers: Essentially very old printers, ones that can't handle doing things boldly, italicised, etc.
Postscript: what I should use, since my printer can do stuff like make text bold.
System name: ptal
That's what's gotten my printer to work. Sorry for the wasted post, though.
