xFCE 4.4 Beta installation issue - Terminal Widget

I am a Slackware 10.2 - KDE user and I had xFCE beta installed for sometime and I loved it. I had to format my machine and now I tried to install it and I know it requires vte.pc so I installed this but now it says that the Terminal Widget is missing.

Does anyone know what or how I repair that ?

I am only guessing that I need to install libgtk2.0-dev and libxml2-dev but I would prefer if I hear it from a pro.

Thanks a lot!
