Xconfigurator not working in my Redhat !!!

Hey,
if i chose to boot in with text mode,
at the prompt, if i log in as root, i can just type Xconfigurator to configure my X windows setting, choosing monitor type etc......

But strange, this command does not work when i install redhat on my machine. Got error message (forgot to copy down );

it is something like X-server can't be found, why?

something wrong with my installation CD?

it most likely didn't install or configure X properly, try running it again and test the configuration before finishing..
