X11 cursor theme

Does anyone know how to install an "X11 cursor theme" downloaded from I'm running KDE 3.5 and I have searched high and low but I can't find anything about installing these cursors I've downloaded.

First link when I Google "X11 cursor theme installation" --> Maybe we're using different World Wide Webs.

i still cant get it working, i put my cursors in /usr/share/icons/theme_name/cursors and set a symbolic link from /usr/share/icons/default.kde/ to /usr/share/icons/theme_name/

I must be doing something wrong. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it!!
