That's a QT forum, and it will most likely be QT the winner. Also, it looks like you've just created this thread to increase traffic in that site, since LinuxQuestions offers a pool system as well... I hope I'm wrong though, and I don't want to be mean... it just looks like that...

Question:

I am installing Qt 3.2.1 on fresh install of Mandrake 10.1.
I keep getting these errors after running make. I have set the environment variables and the QTDIR PATH in my bash profile.

kernel/qt_x11_p.h:64:22: X11/Xlib.h: No such file
kernel/qt_x11_p.h:69:23: X11/Xutil.h: No such file kernel/qt_x11_p.h:70:21: X11/Xos.h: No such file
kernel/qt_x11_p.h:71:23: X11/Xatom.h: No such file
kernel/qt_x11_p.h:79:34: X11/extensions/shape.h: No such file

I read somewhere that it may be caused by a conflict between Mandrake 10.1 and Qt 3.2.1 because MDK converted to xorg. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sea: did you just pick a random thread in which to post?

my opinion:
Qt su-u-hucks. It st-i-hinks.
My preference at the moment is Lua FLTK, because it's tiny and it's the only gui tool I know how to use =o)
