X free 4.xx /w ATI AIW Radeon 7500 TV-Out

I'm running Mandrake 9.1 /w Xfree 4.xx. I have a ATI AIW Radeon 7500. I'm trying to get the TV-out to work in X. The TV-out works at the command line. I think it's a refresh rate issue. Anyone have any advise, or maybe the X Conf file.
