X connection to :0.0 broken for ICAClient

I am running Mandrake 10 Community on a Tshiba 6100 Pro, and when I try to run the ICA Citrix client I get connected to the server but as soon as it tries to open the window I get an error "X connection to :0.0 broken" It worked fine with Red Hat 9 so I don't think it is a hardware issue. Was wondering if there was a config file I could tweak or something.

see if you can locate and post a file called XFree86.0.log .
It may be in /var/log

post it.
