wvdialconf

I have a redhat ES release 3 update 4 server and have tried to run the wvdialconf command.....it fails sating command not found. I have tried to install the wvdial rpm but this fails with the following error:

rpm -ivh wvdial-1.53-11.src.rpm
warning: wvdial-1.53-11.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
error: cannot create %sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

Do I need to install the wvdial package and if so why I am I getting this error?

You need to install the sig key.

1. wvdial should already be installed.
2. install wvdial via up2date

What happens when you enter "wvdial"

You realise you can just edit /etc/wvdial.conf with a text editor... right?
