write a macro ...?


Hi
I have two excle file with 2 column
columns in First File is all words from A to Z like dictionary database file but have english word in A Column.(I must translate and write equal words in B columns in my lang.)

but my second file is a database dictionary file haves A and B Columns and B colums is translated a cloumn and need for me for translating column A in first file,Now i need any macro that find any word in column A first file and if equal in column A second file, replce b column from second file to column B first file.

i don't know about the macro u could use grep or sed

You need a Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic for Applications) macro, and you ask in a Linux software forum???
