WM Info

Hi, I considering changing my window manager from KDE to either blackbox or Enlightenment. I have a small harddrive so i wanna free some space I need gnome or KDE installed in order to run either WM? Can i erase uninstall KDE?

Which is the better window manager Blackbox, KDE, Enlightenment or another??

Thank you

In order to run QT based apps, you will need at least the QT libraries. Some (but not that many) apps rely on KDE, but most that are built for KDE are only dependent on QT. You can remove KDE but you will almost certainly need the libraries.
