WM-independant WiFi manager

I run Kubuntu, but I don't use KDE. Is there a WiFi manager that I can use that's not dependant on KDE?

Look for wifi-radar

Haven't used it, but it's supposedly the up and coming thing.

Also, if you decided kwifimanager was the best thing, go ahead and install it. It'll only pull down the kde libraries it needs. You don't have to completely install KDE to use KDE programs.
