Wireless problems in Slackware

Got a serious problem with configuring my Orinoco-card on
Slackware9.0.

My ISP recently changed their protocol to the TurboCell-protocol. (see www.karlnet.com). I got a new driver from my ISP that they said would work. Well.. I tried to install this driver but it seems to crash on my Slackware 9.0 box.

If you take a look at this URL: http://groups.google.com/groups?q=wa...ncis.de&rnum=1

This is the same message that I get when I try to start the driver.
I've tried several versions of pcmcia-cs, even the version that is described as known to work in the documentation.

I CAN NOT use some other driver than this because the original orinoco-driver does not support the TurboCell-protocol and the licensesystems connected to this.

This driver can be found here:
http://www.3kgroup.ee/web/SoftwareDa...e?OpenDocument

When I gave up this I tried to do like it's said in the documentation STEP BY STEP. This included running the same distribution and the very same versions of all the software.
The only distribution they've tested this ok on is RedHat Linux 7.1. I installed this one and the driver loads perfectly! My server is up and running now with these drivers, but... It's so anoying that I can't figure out why it won't start on Slackware.

Anyone got any experience on this and can tell my what could probably be the problem here?
I would really prefer running my server with Slackware rather than RedHat Linux.

Thanx for all useful answers =)

humm, you see version kernel on redhat, glib, gcc, pcmcia-cs version and do change in slackware for equal to redhat 7.1 ??

Other question:
1) Is necessary buy one license to run this driver ??
2) Is possible make one network wireless complete base and satellite with this driver ???
3) this driver exist for some *BSD ??

Please, can you send me you icq / e-mail or contact me by my icq ?? icq: 87185776 - e-mail : jp@videiranet.com.br
