Wireless in Slackware

I have tried a few diffrend distros. of linux this is what i have found. with wireless:

Redhat: Wireless just works no configuring
Suse: Wireless does not work (I didn't put in much effort).

I am getting bord with redhat and was wondering how well wireless worked in it?

slackware comes with wireless tools, and I downloaded the linuxwlan-ng drivers.

so Im prety much all set up using my siemens 802.11b, usb wireless adapter. it wasnt hard, but it did take me a few hours mostly because I couldnt get the things to go in the right order on startup.

But basically, I think it was fairly easy and I say go for it and try slackware out.

Do you think that slackware is much better than redhat or suse?
