winme/winxp/red hat 7.2

i have seagate 40gb, with two partition divided into 20 20 gbs.

first partition have winme installed, i want to install winxp-pro on 2nd partition, but i also want to install red hat 7.2, should i have to divide my 2nd partition into more partition, or should i use partition magic 7.0, help me , what should i do this will really help me and all other who wants to do like that...
