Can anyone please tell me where I can find a reliable copy of wine or wine. I've been looking all over and can't seem to find anything usefull.

Well along with those, you also have another wine distribution called the codeweavers wine, which works better with RedHat 9 than the winehq's distribution.

I also have installed codeweavers wine version 20020904 for my RedHat 9 from the link given below:
