Sorry, wine doesn't work that way. It only supports software applications. Wine relies on the same Linux drivers the rest of the system does, and only translates them into simulated Windows interfaces that Windows programs can work with.
Edit: Actually, the MP170's scanner does seem to be supported by sane with the sane-pixma backend. And Turboprint says it supports the printer, if you're willing to pay for it. Follow the links in my sig.
