wine: quickbooks

Hi all,

I am trying to install quickbooks via wine.

Code:

wine /media/cdroms/quickbooks/setup.exe

The setup starts properly, and informs me that quickbooks need IE to function

So, it begins to install IE, and starts to slow down around 98% complete, and then doesn't go any further (I've let it sit for awhile, no progress past this point)

Anyone attempt to install quickbooks (2000), or IE? How did it go?

Well, I was able to get IE installed from both of the wine utilities I've tried:

winetools
http://www.frankscorner.org/winetools/
(Currently supported versions are
at http://www.von-thadden.de/Joachim/WineTools/ )

wine-config-sidenet
http://sidenet.ddo.jp/winetips/config.html

Now while that got IE installed, it didn't help getting QB Pro to run...

Still running this down. Will post updates as I have them.
