wine problems
 

hello I've just installed winde and a GUI called winetools and am having problems installing applications. i click on the install applications icon and i am prompted to enter the location of the exe file... when i click ok the dialog closes and nothing happens....

does any one know what may be causing this

also ive heared there is a version of wine a can install which comes with a gui.. aparently the gui is called wine to... does any one know where i can obtain a copy ?



also another question while im here... i have a copy of star office but its devided into about 10 .bin files.. can some one tell me how to install it

The first bin file is the installer. Run the first bin file and it will lead you through the install. After the install you might follow the directions in this link:
