wine problem with suse
hi all
i am running suse 8.0 and configured wine via suse winesetuptk
it was created succesfully but when i run wine wrapper it says that
"wine needs a windows executable"
in the fake_windows directory which is hidden all the driectories are there
windows,desktop,startmenu etc"
can anyone solve my problem i need to run qbooks on wine
]

.... you don't run wine wrapper...
if you installed it from the suse rpm.. first, go to winehq.org, go into the binaries section, sourceforge, and go get the latest wine RPM 200308013 I think, and rpm -Uvh that so it'll upgrade...
Then, go browse into the directory where you want to run a windows program, and double click the exe file, it should load.
If you cant go and double click cause you compiled wine yourself...
go to the directory of your windows file in an x-term window, and type wine yourprogram.exe
